I’m a wedding filmmaker based in the North West of the UK, not something I originally planned, but something I’m genuinely grateful for.

Before weddings, I worked in healthcare. Alongside that, I was always taking photos, street scenes, graffiti, everyday moments that most people would walk past. Over time, I realised what I was really drawn to was capturing real life as it happened.

Wedding filmmaking became a natural extension of that. It allows me to document days that truly matter, without interrupting them. I stay in the background and let things unfold, focusing on honest moments and real emotion rather than anything staged or forced.

I’m lucky that this job takes me around the country and occasionally further afield, but what matters most is being trusted to capture memories that people will come back to for years.

When I’m not filming weddings, I’m usually watching films (especially ones with unexpected twists), doing street photography, or cooking at home. I’m also a dog dad to a 10-year-old Shih Tzu who refuses to walk unless it’s by the sea. A quiet seaside walk is my way to reset.

Simple things. Good stories. Moments as they happen. That’s what I enjoy in life, and it’s exactly how I approach filming weddings.
